Charles Benjamin (Chuck) Smith, 48, of Bridge Creek Road Tiger, Georgia died Monday May 30, 2011 at his residence.
Born in Fowlerville, Michigan October 5, 1962 to Prudence Dotson Smith and the late Dick Smith. He was a Librarian at the University of Georgia and Presbyterian by Faith.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Smith and Mike (Pig) Smith and by a nephew, Chad Smith.
He is survived by his loving mother Prudence Dotson Smith, of Tiger Georgia. One uncle, Dwayne Dotson of Shady Hook, Mississippi. One aunt, Lorene Dotson Rogers, of Clayton, Georgia. Several cousins also survive.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
