Funeral Services for Carolyn Nichols Shook, 72, of Clayton, GA., will be at 2:00 P.M Saturday November 28, 2015 at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Collins officiating. Burial will follow at the Pickett Cemetery Clayton, GA.

Carolyn was born in Rabun County August 29, 1943 to the late Richard Roach and Niece Nichols. She was a homemaker and attended the Church of God. She is the widow of John Adam Shook.

She is survived by two sons, Floyd Shook of Augusta, GA., and Phillip Shook of Atlanta. One daughter, Barbara Gail Shook of Mt. Airy, GA. Two grandchildren April Barnes (David) of Mt. Airy, GA., and Timothy Shook of Augusta, GA. Three great grand Children, Kali, Desaray and Roxanne.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home and visitation will be at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home. Friday November 27, 2015from 6 to 8 P.M. The family is at the home of her granddaughter and son-in-law, April and David Barnes on Harris Street in Mt. Airy, GA.,

Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
