Brian Carter

Brian Keith Carter, 46, of North Johnson Avenue, Mountain City, Georgia., died Tuesday February 19, 2013in Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina. He was the widower of Tasha Sorrows Carter.

Brian was born in Demorest, Georgia, October 23, 1966 to Bobby Wayne Carter and Lorene Ellenburg Carter. Before becoming disabled he worked as an orderly in nursing homes. He was Baptist by Faith.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Tasha and by a brother, Steve Carter and is survived by his parents; father Bobby Carter of Gainesville, GA., mother and step-father Lorene and Jack D. Maney of Mountain City, GA; sister and brother-in-law Tammy and Jack P. Smith of Westminster, SC., a brother and sister-in-law Ronnie and Janie Carter of Rabun Gap, GA.,

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Friday February 22, 2013in the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Layman Lloyd Hunter officiating. Burial will be in the Rocky Grove Cemetery in the Bridge Creek Community Tiger, Georgia.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday February 21, 2013. The family is at the home on North Johnson Avenue Mountain City, Georgia.
