Bobby Edwin Conner, 54, of Dillard, Georgia, affectionaly known as “Bird” died Sunday December 16, 2012 at his residence.
He was born in Liberty County, Georgia, October 26, 1958 to Clifford E. Conner and Carolyn Darnell Conner. He was a chef and a member of Newman Chapel Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Darnell Conner Hicks and is survived by his father and step mother, Clifford and Margie Conner of Clayton. Three brothers, Harvey Conner and his wife Susan of Otto, NC., Marty and Robbie Conner of Rabun Gap, GA. Nieces, Kate and Anna Conner: Nephews, Evan Conner and Jonathan York and several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
The body has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at 5:00 P.M. Wednesday December 19, 2012 at the Wolffork Christian Fellowship Church, conducted by Rev. Ray Conner. Visitation at the church from 4:00 P.M. TO 5:00 P.M. (The Service Hour) The family is at their respective residences.
