Billy Watts

Billy Jarrell (Bill) Watts, 76, of Bridge Creek Road Tiger, Georgia., died Sundy January 4, 2015 at his home.

Born in Rabun County September 21, 1938, he was the son of the late Roy Milton Watts and Arietta Wall Watts. He was a farmer, a security guard, an avid fisherman and hunter, a Baptist, a charter member of Rabun Rescue and a wonderful husband and loving daddy.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Roy Milton Watts, Jr., and a sister, Gracie Watts Bolman and is survived by his wife of fifty one years, Reba Mashburn Watts of the home; six daughters, Lanna Watts Holcomb (Ricky) of Tiger, GA., and a special grandson, reared in the home, Richard Holcomb, Jr., Sandra Diane Watts Hill (Ray) of Commerce, GA., Mary Mashburn Hampton (Wilse) of Tiger, GA., Eva May Watts (Henry) of Carnesville, GA., one son,Billy Watts, Jr. of Blairsville, GA.Rita Fay Watts Hubbard and Valda Gay Watts Anderson of Demorest, GA. Two brothers, Jackie Watts (Joann) of Tiger, GA., and Edward Watts (Mary) of Commerce, GA. One sister, Cynthia Watts Henry of Westminster, SC. Seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Several nephews, nieces, cousins and in-laws also survive.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday January 7, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Layman Lloyd Hunter officiating. Burial will follow in the Tallulah Falls Cemetery.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where a visitation will be Tuesday evening January 6, 2015 from 6 to 8 P.M. The family is at the home of his brother and sister-in-law, Jackie and Joann Watts on Bridge Creek Road Tiger, Georgia.

Family asks in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made, in his memory, to Hunter Funeral Home, P.O. Box 653, Clayton, Georgia. 30525, to aid in funeral expenses.
