Ann Marie Deering, 66, of Wolf Creek Road, Lakemont, died Sunday June 3, 2012 at her residence.
Born December 28, 1945 in Rabun County, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Marie Brown Head. She was retired as a sales lady in the produce industry and was a member of the Wiley Church of God.
Surviving her are one daughter; Anita Dallas of Lakemont, GA. One son, Eric Deering of Waterford, MI. Two brothers, Bill Head of Keener, Louisiana., Jim Head of Clarkesville, GA. Two sisters, Carol Pless of Royston, GA., and Patricia Mosley of Clarkesville, GA. Five grandchildren and several nephews, nieces and cousins also survive.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday June 5, 2012 at 4:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Shane Watts officiating. Burial will follow in the Hale Ridge Cemetery, RT. 1. Clayton.
The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where family will receive friends Tuesday June 5, 2012 from 2:00 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. The funeral hour is 4:00 P.M.
The family is at the home on Wolf Creek Road.
