Agnes Spicer Skinner 81, Tallulah Falls, GA.


Agnes Spicer Skinner, 81, of Rock Mountain Road in Tallulah Falls, GA., died Sunday August 3, 2008 at her home.
Born in St. Lawrence County, NY, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Louise Thornhill Spicer. She was a retired antiques dealer and was a member of the Camp Creek Baptist Church.
She was twice married- first to the late Mike Ostas, and later to Bill Skinner who survives. She is also survived by two sons- Steven O. Ostas of Tiger, GA. and Mike Ostas of Congers, NY. Five grandchildren- Mike Ostas, IV, Melissa Ostas, Sean Ostas, Steven P. Ostas, and Stacy Ostas. Three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Stanley Ostas.
Funeral Service will be at 7:00 PM Thursday evening August 7, 2008 following visitation at Boggs Mtn. Baptist Church from 6 to 7 PM, conducted by Rev. Vaughn Stancil and Rev. Avery Lawrence.
Cremation will follow services at the church. Interment of her cremated remains will be at Rock Mountain Cemetery in Tallulah Falls at a later date.
Family asks that in lieu of flowers donation be made to the Boggs Mountain Baptist Church, 1471 Boggs Mtn. Road, Tiger, GA. 30576.
