Born January 6 , 2006 , She was the daughter of Adam and Kim Palmer Tubiolo of Franklin , N.C.
Brooke – Lynn is survived by her parents ; Adam and Kim Palmer Tubiolo of Franklin N.C. One brother; Christian Alexander Tubiolo of the home . Grand parents , Rocky and Vicki Palmer of Scaly Mtn . North Carolina – Great Grand parents , Roscoe and Grace Palmer of Dillard , Ga. Several Aunts and Uncles also survive .
A Memorial Service will be held at The Wells Grove Baptist Church , Franklin N.C. Saturday November 1 , 2008 at 2:00 P.M. Conducted by the Rev. Terry Dixon .
